Google Analytics and Google Ads run in Google's Consent Mode: unless you consent, they set no cookies and the measurement code is not loaded.
3. Third-party services
The map on the booking screen is provided by Google Maps. To search addresses and draw routes it sends technical data (IP address, the address searched) to Google; this is needed for the service to work. The card payment page is provided by Stripe, which uses its own security cookies.
